From enquiry to installation

Your new floor, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your space

Send approximate dimensions, your postcode and what training takes place there. Photos and an equipment list help us understand the space.

  2. 02

    Receive a recommendation and quotation

We recommend suitable flooring and prepare a quotation around your space, training needs and the services you require.

  3. 03

    Arrange delivery and installation

Once you approve the quotation, we agree delivery arrangements and, where requested, schedule installation around your site.

Before final pricing: a site assessment may be needed to check the existing floor, access, removal requirements and equipment moving.

Practical flooring answers

Before you order.

What to expect from flooring selection, delivery and fitting.

Ask us about your project
01Can you move our equipment?

Yes. Gym Aid can coordinate equipment moving and final positioning alongside your flooring installation. Tell us what equipment is on site and share photos or a list so we can assess access, handling and any dismantling required. The agreed scope is included in your quotation.

02Can you remove existing flooring?

Yes. Existing flooring removal can be included in a flooring replacement project. Let us know the flooring type, how it is fixed and the approximate area. We assess the removal work and any preparation needed before confirming the scope and price. Disposal arrangements are agreed as part of your quotation.

03Do you offer supply only?

Yes. We offer product advice and Pavigym flooring supplied to your site, without fitting. Your quotation confirms the product, quantity, delivery arrangements and applicable charges. Manufacturer minimum order quantities and product availability apply.

04Can you help choose the thickness?

Yes. Tell us what training takes place, which equipment and weights you use, and whether impact noise is a concern. We recommend a suitable product and thickness around those requirements and the existing subfloor. Thickness alone does not determine performance across different flooring systems.

05Can we see samples?

Please ask us about samples for the products and colours you are considering. We’ll confirm sample availability and any costs, then arrange the samples for you.

06How are delivery and installation scheduled?

Gym Aid arranges your flooring delivery and installation. Once you approve your quotation, we confirm product availability and site access, then agree delivery and installation dates directly with you. Where included in your project, we also coordinate existing flooring removal, equipment moving and final positioning. Timing is confirmed around your site requirements and flooring availability.

07What affects the final price?

The flooring range, colour, thickness, area, finishing accessories, delivery address and applicable import charges affect the supply price. Fitting, access, subfloor condition, preparation, existing flooring removal and equipment moving also affect the total where required. A site assessment may be needed before final pricing. Your quotation sets out the agreed work and charges.
